Quitoque, under the Belgian brand Simply You Box, is a start-up that aims to revolutionize consumption habits by making it possible to eat well, easily. Since our creation in 2014, we have been offering meal boxes containing recipe cards and all the ingredients needed to cook great meals in around 10 to 30 minutes. We imagine delicious and varied gourmet recipes with quality, fresh and seasonal products. Our goal: to make eating well in everyday life easier by eliminating the drudgery of shopping and planning meals. Our offer is very popular, so much so that we deliver more than 150,000 meals per week throughout France, Luxemburg and Belgium.

As part of our very strong growth and the development of the Simply You Box (SYB) brand in Belgium and Luxemburg, we are looking for our Brand Manager (m/f). You will work within the QUITOQUE Belgium team and report to the Country Manager as well as the Head of Brand in Paris.

Vos missions

We need to make Simply You Box a more attractive and community brand. To meet this challenge, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the brand content & social media strategy of Simply You Box in Belgium and Luxembourg. Your ultimate goal is to make Simply You Box a real "love brand". To do this, you devise and create relevant, impactful and distinctive campaigns and content that shares our brand values . You will join the Marketing team and more specifically the Brand & Communication department.

 

1 / Brand development

  • You are the "pen" of Simply You Box: ensuring the consistency of content and tone, as well as the relevance of our messages across all print and digital channels. You are also organizing the ideal translation of messages into Dutch or French.
  • You support the Simply You Box staff in writing messages for all their platforms (web and app copy, creating special landing pages, newsletters, etc.)
  • You are responsible for our Lifestyle & Corporate Communication: writing press releases or Q&As, hand in hand with our press agency to maximize local impact.
  • You participate in the development of advertising and content campaigns by brainstorming with the brand team and creative agencies selected for each project.
  • You help redefine and implement the SEO strategy with the Growth team. You develop the editorial calendar of the blog, define relevant topics, write articles, coordinate internal "authors" (culinary creation team, dietician, product).

 

2 / Social Media

 

  • You define and implement the Social Media strategy. You propose and create original content adapted to different networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest): visual creation, writing posts, publishing content on platforms.
  • You participate in the community management of our social platforms, in collaboration with customer service: answers to interactions, comments and questions from our communities.
  • You monitor social networks to identify the reasons for satisfaction and areas for improvement shared by our clients, especially on CSR topics.

3 / KPI management 

  • You define and monitor the indicators to measure the performance of our content, for every campaign and on every distribution channel.
  • You measure the impact of the budget you invest and define the most relevant targeting to ensure the effectiveness of your campaigns
  • You analyze all your actions and are a source of proposals for the priority projects to be launched

Votre profil

  • A higher education at university or business school (ideally marketing or communication Master)
  • You already have a first experience in marketing and/or communication of at least 2 years, you know the world of startups and you love doing business.
  • Bilingual NL/FR, to be Flemish to understand the local culture and to speak French to talk to the French teams based in France
  • You have strong writing skills in editorial content (on line, news, public relations, social media). You have the ability to find the right words. You are able to customize the content you create, and you know the limitations of the media on which it is broadcast.
  • “Couteau Suisse’, you are agile and able to move with ease from one task to another.
  • You know how to manage tight planning schedules, prioritize and work with all internal teams to move your projects forward.
  • Creative and curious at heart, you do not hesitate to pick up a phone to take a picture in the kitchen, to draw inspiration from good practices, or to start discussing with other departments to create content ideas.
  • Numbers don't scare you: you are familiar with Excel and web analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Mastery of graphic tools (Photoshop or InDesign) is a real plus.
  • You have a team spirit and like to work with profiles that are very different: Growth, culinary team, Operations, customer service ….
  • You are caring and easy-going.
